RUMBA HAS LOST TOO MUCH WEIGHT TO MAKE UPCOMING ENTERED AND/OR PLANNEDSHOWS.

"SHOW WEIGHT"
WE ARE VERY SORRY FOR THE BREAKS IN THE MAJORS HIS ABSENSE WILL CAUSE .
WE WILL BE RETURNING HIM TO THE RING AS SOON AS HE HAS BEEN REALEASED TO COMPETE AGAIN, BY OUR VET'S OF OVER 40+ YEARS
GOOD LUCK TO EVERYONE RING-SIDE WE WILL MISS SEEING YOU.
PULL DATES START AS SOON AS 09/25 ALL THE WAY THRU MID OCTOBER UNLESS VET'S STATE OTHERWISE
RUMBA BY FAR HAS LOST THE MOST WEIGHT, AND IS IN THE HIGHEST RISK OF HEALTH CONCERNS. HE IS ONE ON ONE CARE RIGHT NOW.
WE HOPE THIS OUTSTANDING BOY WILL RECOVER TO THE JOY HE WAS WHEN HE STARTED RING SIDE
11/09/10
Rumba has had a full return of his lost weight, vets commented that his psychosis has nearly resolved, and for the first time we are starting to see Rumba's spark return. He is once again happy and playful and is not fearful of everything, and is capable to express joy within our families, not with outsiders yet.
He still suffers from some health issues, which we will continue to follow up with our vets, and we will treat accordingly, so he sadly still has months of recovery to go. It is an absolute shame, and our hearts are truely broken for Rumba.
We are not sure if and when he can return to the ring with joy and fun, but we will make every effort to return him. We will update his status here. Only time will tell what future has in store for Rumba.
This was a learning experience we wish we never had to learn.

Continuing to follow vet guidelines and instruction
progress is very slow

RUMBA will need at least one more surgery, may need a second, at this time, we are considering when the optimal time to have the surgery or wait and try to do 2 procedures at one time. We are debating, when or if Rumba should return to the ring. It has been a painful long haul for Rumba. His loving endearing personality has returned to us, and for that we are thankful.
